Payback Genetics is committed to offering elite frozen semen from carefully selected sires. While every effort is made to provide accurate pedigree information and quality genetics, livestock breeding involves numerous biological and environmental variables beyond our control.

By purchasing frozen semen from Payback Genetics, the purchaser acknowledges and agrees to the following:

Genetic Identity

Payback Genetics warrants that the frozen semen sold is represented from the sire identified in the product listing. Pedigree and registration information are believed to be accurate based on information provided by the sire owner and applicable breed association records.

No Fertility or Conception Guarantee

Because conception rates are influenced by factors including, but not limited to:

• Female fertility
• Animal health
• Nutrition
• Estrus detection and timing
• Semen handling and storage
• Artificial insemination technique
• Environmental conditions

Payback Genetics makes no guarantee or warranty regarding conception rates, pregnancy rates, embryo production, or live births resulting from the use of purchased semen.

No Performance Guarantee

Livestock performance is influenced by genetics, management, nutrition, health, environment, and countless other factors.

Accordingly, Payback Genetics makes no guarantee that offspring produced from purchased semen will:

• Win livestock shows
• Meet breed standards
• Possess specific physical characteristics
• Achieve particular carcass traits
• Exhibit desired structural or phenotypic qualities
• Generate future income or resale value
• Qualify for championships or premium sales

Every mating produces unique genetic combinations, and individual results will vary.

Payback Genetics Eligibility

Purchasing semen from Payback Genetics may make resulting offspring eligible for participation in the Payback Genetics program, provided all current program requirements, nomination procedures, deadlines, and eligibility rules are satisfied.

Eligibility for Payback Genetics payouts is governed exclusively by the official Payback Genetics Rules and Regulations. Purchasing semen alone does not guarantee eligibility or payout.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Payback Genetics' liability arising from the purchase or use of frozen semen shall be limited to the original purchase price of the semen.

Payback Genetics shall not be liable for incidental, consequential, indirect, special, or punitive damages, including but not limited to lost profits, lost breeding opportunities, veterinary expenses, transportation costs, or loss of livestock.

Customer Responsibility

The purchaser assumes all responsibility for the proper handling, storage, transportation, thawing, and use of frozen semen after it leaves the possession of Payback Genetics or its designated shipping provider.

Acceptance

By purchasing frozen semen from Payback Genetics, the purchaser acknowledges that they have read, understood, and accepted this Genetics Disclaimer.
