Shipping Policy

Thank you for your purchase from Payback Genetics.

Because frozen semen is a specialized reproductive product, shipping procedures differ from traditional retail products. Please review the following information before placing your order.

Frozen Semen Shipping

All frozen semen orders are shipped through SEK Genetics using approved liquid nitrogen shipping tanks designed to maintain proper storage temperatures during transit.

After your semen purchase is completed through Payback Genetics, the customer will contact SEK Genetics to arrange shipping, pay shipping fees, and coordinate delivery.

Customers are responsible for:

  • Paying all shipping charges directly to SEK Genetics.
  • Providing accurate shipping information.
  • Coordinating delivery dates to ensure someone is available to receive the shipment.
  • Returning any rented shipping tank according to SEK Genetics' instructions and timelines, if applicable.

Frozen semen will not be shipped until all required payments have been received.

Payback Genetics Eligibility Tags

Eligibility tags are typically shipped through standard postal or commercial carrier services.

Orders are generally processed within 2–5 business days after payment is received, excluding weekends and holidays.

Delivery times may vary depending on destination and carrier delays.

Order Accuracy

Please verify your shipping address before completing your purchase.

Payback Genetics is not responsible for delays, additional shipping charges, or lost shipments resulting from incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer.

Shipping Delays

Shipping times are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

Payback Genetics is not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Weather conditions
  • Carrier delays
  • Natural disasters
  • Labor disruptions
  • Equipment failures
  • Other events beyond our reasonable control

Risk of Loss

Ownership and risk of loss transfer to the purchaser once the shipment has been released to the shipping carrier or to SEK Genetics for transportation.

Customers should inspect all shipments immediately upon arrival.

Any shipping damage, shortages, or shipping errors must be reported to Payback Genetics within 48 hours of delivery.

Shipping Restrictions

Payback Genetics reserves the right to delay or refuse shipment when weather conditions, carrier availability, or other circumstances may jeopardize the integrity of frozen semen during transport.
