Return & Refund Policy

At Payback Genetics, we are committed to providing high-quality genetics and excellent customer service. Due to the specialized nature of our products, the following return and refund policy applies.

Frozen Semen

Frozen semen is a perishable reproductive product that requires continuous storage in liquid nitrogen. Because we cannot verify that proper handling and storage conditions have been maintained after shipment, all frozen semen sales are final.

Frozen semen is not eligible for return, exchange, or refund, except in the following circumstances:

• The incorrect item was shipped.
• The product arrives damaged due to shipping.
• The product is determined to be unusable due to an error on the part of Payback Genetics.

Any claims must be reported within 48 hours of delivery. Customers should retain all packaging and provide photographs of any damage when submitting a claim.

Payback Genetics does not guarantee conception rates or reproductive performance, as successful breeding depends on numerous factors outside of our control, including animal health, handling, insemination technique, timing, and management practices.

Payback Genetics Eligibility Tags

Unused Payback Genetics Eligibility Tags may be returned within 30 days of purchase if they:

• Are unused and unassigned.
• Are in their original condition.
• Have not been altered or damaged.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error.

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method after the returned tags have been received and inspected.

Tags that have been assigned to an animal, damaged, altered, or otherwise used are not eligible for return or refund.

Order Errors

If we make an error with your order, please contact us within five (5) business days of delivery. We will work quickly to correct the issue at no additional cost to you.

Shipping Charges

Original shipping charges are non-refundable. Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the return results from an error by Payback Genetics.
